Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Terms of Use.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Customized Sex Doll orders are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. Each product is individually customized and made/assembled per customer selected variances during time of sale. If you require an immediate cancellation, please contact info@customizedsexdoll.com within 24hours so that we may attempt to stop the order from being processed and shipped. If Customized Sex Doll is unable to cancel your order prior to processing, you as the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges up to $250 which does NOT include additional shipping charges to return the product back to the manufacturing facility. A $80 restocking fee will be imposed on all cancellation orders.

 

Returns

 

Due to health and safety precautions and regulations, ALL Customized Sex Doll sales are FINAL. Customized Sex Doll does not accept returns, as items cannot be resold due to health considerations.

 

Exchanges

 

Customized Sex Doll does not offer exchanges unless there is a deformity in the product upon arrival. If your item is deformed upon arrival, please contact info@customizedsexdoll.com within 30 days of the products arrival date and we will happily provide exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To process your defective exchange all returns must be pre-approved, so please contact us at info@customizedsexdoll.com for review. (If) your item is indeed deformed, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label, so you can get the item back to us. Your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Any items that appear used, tampered, older, or any reason not applicable with our exchange policy will be refused for return authorization.When we receive your package, we’ll inspect your item.  After confirming that your product has a deformity, we'll send you a replacement for the same item right away.  In the event we find your product was NOT deformed or as ordered, we’ll send the product back to you and a shipment fee of $80 will apply. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as intimate apparel, sanitary goods, topicals, ingestions, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or electrostimulation items: such as dildos, vibrates, etc.] These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping

 

All shipping cost from the manufacture to our customers is paid by Customized Sex Doll. This does not include the terms and conditions of Order Cancellation(s) or Exchange(s) items where you the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.    

 

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer: [ all products sold at http://www.customizedsexdoll.com].

 

We do not send replacement orders for issues with Customs while items are sent from or to the manufacturing location. We are not responsible for any order seized and held by Customs.

 

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your Cancelled and Exchange(s) items. See Order Cancellation and Exchanges for terms and conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

 

General

 

Given the nature of our products, we cannot give satisfaction returns.  We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your purchases carefully. To guide you in making your purchasing decision, we include measurements, weight, height, and materials.

 

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
